Domino was a young racer. He was small and unstable. Once he had won, but the other races he failed. His mane was never cut due to it not growing quickly. He was two years old and it had been pulled twice. After his tenth race, he managed to flunk it too hard, hard enough to enrage his owners. They were packing up to leave when one of the owners asked if they had everything. The rider replied with yes, although Domino was still alone in a paddock. The large, full trailer left without him and he was taken to a rescue. He was adopted soon by an elderly man. The man did not pay attention to them, only to feed. Domino's hooves and mane began to grow a bit faster than before, and he did not look good. After about a year of just grain, hay, and turn out, the man ended up passing away. Domino's mane was just below his chest now, his hooves were very heavy and he could not walk well. A rescue took him in and after not much time, Amber Hollow took care of him. They had the farrier come to care for his feet. Domino was seven when this happened. At the time they roached his mane, it was at his knee. The mane was so long and disgusting that it began to clump and knot so much that it was unhealthy and stuck the way it was unless it was clipped. Amber Hollow intends on keeping it short so that it can always regrow stronger and healthier.
